Quick template for marking up an abbreviation, acronym or initialism and giving it a tooltip explaining what it stands for.
This is only really intended for use in places where space is at a premium (such as navboxes). Articles should have any abbreviations expanded in-line, doing so in the article's opening paragraph if the abbreviation is the title of the article (see: PMV, Super Lesbian Horse RPG).
Usage
The first parameter is the abbreviation itself, which will be visible on the page at all times. The second is the expanded version of the abbreviation. The second part shouldn't contain any wikitext, as this will not be parsed—plain text only.
