Quantum SEAPonyCon is a virtual convention organized by Project SEAPonyCon.
Originally created as an April Fools' Day joke in 2019, wherein attendees would use a wristband to "recombobulate" themselves into a synthwave-styled realm named "The Medium", allowing them to attend the convention from anywhere in the world.[1] Come 2020, the worldwide coronavirus pandemic and closure of international borders made Quantum SEAPonyCon a reality.

The intention to hold further virtual events in November and December of 2020 was also announced,[4] with the first of these being Abhiyaan SEAPonyCon.
